Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annumJob Description:

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the King's Arms pub in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for leading our teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and control costs to maintain profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in hospitality management.
  • Proven experience in sales growth and revenue management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
