We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Stevenage, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, and implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
