About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Tax Technology Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters software solutions for finance and tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead training sessions on Thomson Reuters software solutions for finance and tax professionals.
  • Conduct multi-customer workshops and classes dedicated to single customers.
  • Deliver training sessions live remotely and onsite/at the client location as needed.
  • Work with clients and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and delivery methods for customer and partner training.
  • Collaborate with product SMEs and the training content development team to create and continuously improve the content of the training materials to coincide with product updates and developments.
  • Perform courseware updates.
  • Maintain and administer training surveys, tracking completion rate and scores/feedback.
  • Communicate internally to ensure billings are accurate and timely.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in finance, tax, and accounting, as well as experience working with statutory reporting within a Corporate Finance department. If you have a degree in Finance, Tax & Accounting, or similar, and are ACA (or ACCA) part or fully qualified, we'd love to hear from you.
