Responsibilities


  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a warm and memorable welcome for all visitors.
  • Manage reservations, handle cash and card payments, and provide assistance to the team as needed.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by proactively offering solutions and support.


Qualifications


  • Prior experience in a busy Front of House role is essential, with a genuine passion for making people feel welcome and cared for.
  • We're looking for individuals who embody our values of individuality, passion for hospitality, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • A willingness to adapt, learn, and grow is essential in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Our ideal candidate is someone who is positive, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
