Job Title: Head of Event Planning

Levy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Planning to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events, including conferences, exhibitions, and dinners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop event strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee event planning, ensuring client satisfaction and standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, staffing, and departments.
  • Manage event correspondence, contracts, and payments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Event planning certification (CSEP, CMP) is a plus.
  • 7-10 years in event planning, 3+ years in leadership within contract catering/hospitality.
