Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to manage a team of Registered nurses and Healthcare assistants in our specialist palliative care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of holistic care for service users.
  • Manage performance of clinical staff in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide teaching and mentorship in a clinical setting.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse or degree level qualification.
  • Experience in specialist palliative or neurological care.
  • Proven skills in leading, building, and influencing in a clinical setting.
  • Negotiation and conflict management skills.
