Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

Role Overview:
FCC Environment is seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to join our team. As an HGV Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources with regard to equipment, installations, vehicles, materials, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HGVs to ensure they are in good working condition
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with HGVs
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure minimal downtime
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in HGV mechanics
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,714 - £42,016 per annum (plus benefits)
- A 40-hour working week, 8.00am to 5.00pm
