Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Technical Global Solutions is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our design team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and managing building information models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Model and draw mechanical and electrical designs to ensure projects can be constructed with minimal rework.
  • Attend weekly internal model and design team meetings, as well as project BIM meetings with main contractors.
  • Ensure the latest models, drawings, and designs from all stakeholders are used and notify engineers and site teams of any changes.
  • Generate Revit models from senior engineers' outputs and create Revit families where manufacturer files are not available.
  • Manage clash reporting and resolution between disciplines.
  • Maintain ACC/BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams as required.
  • Integrate cloud point surveys and ensure compliance with project BIM documentation.
  • Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous Revit MEP experience in the construction/building services field.
  • Relevant qualification in BIM or Mechanical or Electrical engineering is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and timely in person and via email.
