Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Equipment Technician to join our team at Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing medical equipment services to local authorities and the NHS across the UK. As a Healthcare Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for delivering, collecting, installing, and repairing healthcare equipment to customers in their own homes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Interaction: Act in a respectful, polite, and approachable manner when interacting with customers.
  2. Equipment Delivery and Installation: Deliver, collect, install, and repair healthcare equipment to customers' homes.
  3. Demonstration and Training: Demonstrate the use and functionality of equipment to customers.
  4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer-facing service with care, empathy, integrity, and kindness.
  5. Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic DIY tasks to maintain and repair equipment.
  6. Flexibility: Be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business and participate in an emergency on-call rota.
