Operations Director

At Contract Personnel Limited, we are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to oversee material handling operations at a renowned car manufacturing company in Norfolk. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and be able to develop and integrate material handling operations into the organisation. Key responsibilities include delivering client objectives, producing processes that ensure quality throughout all service levels, and building a continuously improving environment.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

Requirements:

• Vast experience of senior management within a warehouse/logistics environment
• Experience managing 3PL integrated relationships
• Extremely strong interpersonal and management skills
• Experience within automotive setting (advantageous)
