We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to join our team at Waythrough. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our mental health services, ensuring the quality of support we provide to our service users is second to none.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service contracts and line manage staff
- Carry out inductions and undertake investigations
- Put team development plans in place and support business development colleagues
- Manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs
Requirements
- Substantial experience of managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs
- Ability to lead by example using a firm but inclusive management style
- Some housing management experience would be useful
- Open and encouraging, with lots of tact and diplomacy
