Key Responsibilities:
  • Process resigns and new connection orders for named accounts.
  • Prioritize phone answering in line with company guidelines.
  • Log all relevant queries on the CRM system, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain up-to-date notes on ongoing cases.
  • Provide support with tariff guides, commercial bonuses, and promotional offers.
  • Ensure Salesforce rules are adhered to in line with company requirements.
  • Evaluate queries where necessary with the network or Line Manager, following the relevant process.
  • Keep assigned Account Managers updated on risks and escalations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an admin-heavy office environment.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, with strong organizational and time management skills.
