As a Secondary School Cover Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring students stay on track with their assignments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage classrooms of up to 30 students and maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Deliver pre-prepared work and keep students focused and motivated
  • Proactively engage with students to promote positive behavior and academic success
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience

Requirements:

  • No prior teaching experience required; passion for education and working with students essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:
