We are looking for a skilled Motor Winder to join our service centre team in Leeds.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the repair, rewinding, and refurbishment of various motors, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Carry out detailed repairs on motors, including disassembly, inspection, and rewinding of coils using insulated wires, ensuring motors meet original specifications.
• Overhaul motors by cleaning, replacing worn components, and restoring them to optimal working condition.
• Diagnose faults in motor performance and efficiency, ensuring all defects are addressed during the repair process.
• Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge and learning new techniques to enhance repair and refurbishment processes.
