**Opportunity Overview:**

Buckingham Futures is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Environmental Health Professional to join our team in South London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, re-inspections, and surveys to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. This role involves investigating, enforcing, and managing complex workloads, preparing and serving Statutory Notices, and negotiating with clients.

You will carry out site visits, surveys, and attend Public Inquiries, courts of law, and tribunals. Additionally, you will provide advice on legal notices drafted by junior colleagues.

We require a candidate with strong observational and investigation skills, who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate must have up-to-date food safety competencies to excel in this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conducting inspections, re-inspections, and surveys
  • Investigating, enforcing, and managing complex workloads
  • Preparing and serving Statutory Notices
  • Negotiating with clients

**Estimated Salary:**

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
