About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sports Coach at Butlin's. As a key member of our resort team, you'll have the opportunity to work across our accommodation and leisure departments, providing an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break for our guests.

As a Sports Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality sports coaching sessions to our guests, while also working closely with our accommodation and leisure teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about sports, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you're a team player who is always looking for ways to improve and provide an exceptional experience for our guests, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Passionate about sports and coaching
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

We're interested in your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference to our guests. Previous experience in a sports coaching background is desirable, but not essential. We're happy to provide training and support to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals.
