In-House Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Solicitor to join our dedicated legal team at a leading healthcare company in Glasgow City Centre.
About the Role:
- As an In-House Solicitor, you will work closely with our legal team to handle a diverse portfolio of cases, including medical malpractice claims, contract drafting, and regulatory matters.
- You will provide expert advice and guidance to key stakeholders, including Board members and insurers, on all legal matters within the business.
- With minimal supervision, you will manage an individual caseload, including pre-litigated and litigated cases, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with In-House experience and/or a solid understanding of medical malpractice/personal injury litigation.
- Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of business needs, with a willingness to research and advise on all areas of law.
- Excellent IT and administrative skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Dual-qualification in Scots and English Law is an advantage.
