Transport Planning Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Transport Planning to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our Transport Planning Team, you will be responsible for generating new business, recruiting and developing your team, and providing expert transport planning advice to secure the success of our clients' land use development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Lead and manage a team of transport planners to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Provide expert transport planning advice to clients to secure project success
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport planning and business development
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
