We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Compliance Officer to join our team at Recco. As a Fire Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive safety management, compliance, and regulatory support for our residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and effective coordination with the Managing Agent (MA) and Forward Validation Services (FVS).
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure seamless safety management.
  • Provide regulatory support and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement safety management plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fire compliance and safety management.
  • Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
