About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Team Member to join our team at KP Snacks. As a key member of our factory operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-Level Cleaning: Safely operate scissor lifts to access high-level ceiling vents, pipes, and other areas, ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance.
  • Routine Inspection and Cleaning: Conduct regular inspections and cleaning tasks to ensure facilities meet audit requirements and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Hygiene Record Keeping: Accurately complete hygiene records and conduct dynamic risk assessments to ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Ensure facilities are kept to a high standard, meeting all GMP requirements and company standards.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste at regular intervals, recycling and segregating waste into the correct streams.
  • External Area Cleaning: Clean external areas of the factory, including waste segregation, spillage removal, and pest control.
  • Support Warehouse Operations: Assist with inbound deliveries and storage of bulk cleaning items, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
  • FLT Counterbalance License
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role
  • Basic Health and Safety
  • Basic Food Hygiene
Working Hours

2 Shift Rotation: Monday to Thursday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm), Friday (6am-1pm / 1pm-8pm)
