Master Surveyor

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Master Surveyor to join the Aster Group team as a Programmes Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, with expertise in programme management, particularly in the roofing sector. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing planned programmes across the East/West regions, ensuring timely completion and meeting all required standards of performance.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring significant experience in contract management, from inception to completion. Your technical knowledge and project management skills will enable you to produce high-quality reports on supplier performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive early remedial action when necessary.

We are seeking someone who is comfortable supervising multi-trade contracts and has experience in undertaking domestic and commercial building surveys. You will also provide expert advice on matters such as construction defects and disrepair.

The successful candidate will possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining performance and budget targets. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively to contractors and customers.
