Commercial Lawyer - Head of Function

Our client, a leading global manufacturing and technology business, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team as Head of Function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that truly cares about its people and the wider communities in which it operates.

About the Role

This is a truly commercial role, where you will be at the forefront of the business, working closely with managers to define commercial objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. You will create and operate a simple-to-use method to identify areas where commercial managers need legal advice to achieve their objectives.

You will provide ongoing advice on residual risks and improve the application of legal terminology among commercial managers. Additionally, you will manage disputes brought to the Commercial Counsel's attention and strive to avoid litigation.

This role involves some international travel, allowing you to work with a global team and contribute to the company's success on a global scale.
