We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bates & Bradshaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional advice on property and construction, including identifying structure defects, damp, and general repairs across approximately 25,000 properties within the Hull and surrounding areas.

About the Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with our supervisors to deliver empty properties and responsive/planned repairs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting thorough building surveys to identify defects and advising on repairs and maintenance requirements.
  2. Collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HNC in Construction qualification or Trade qualification
  • Health & Safety Qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate
  • CSCS Card
