Global Publications Lead Neuro

As a key contributor to our scientific leadership, you will drive the publication strategy and deliverables in line with our scientific communication strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the planning and implementation of the therapeutic area/product Strategic Publication Plan (SPP) for one or more UCB products. This will involve collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external experts to develop and maintain a high degree of scientific expertise in the therapeutic area/product.
You will also be responsible for ensuring scientific integrity of published data and that publications follow good publication practice, both internal and external standards.
In addition, you will source and manage appropriate external resources for generation of publications and actively contribute to Sci Comms capability as part of the UCB Sci Comms Capability Building Community.
Requirements:
* Holding a master / PhD with an ISMPP Certified Medical Publication Professional certification.
* Good understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
* Personal publication record and proven ability to execute targeted data analyses.
* Experience in publication management and/or medical writing min 3-5 years (depending on the specific role).
* Strong scientific acumen;
* Experience in clinical/non-clinical research, data analysis, interpretation, and publication/communication.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English (other languages an asset).
