We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing our high-end residential projects in London.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the financial aspects of our residential projects, including cost reporting, tender and contract documents, and CVR's.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure the financial stability of our projects.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
- Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, such as a degree in QS.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
