Job Summary

We are seeking a charismatic and adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bingo Host, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our main bingo product is delivered professionally and consistently. You will be a confident communicator, able to engage with both your team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all customers.
  • Host bingo sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and consistency.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Self-confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
