Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of kitchen porters to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and appliances are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Maintain open communication with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless operations.
