About the Role

We are partnering with a leading Leisure, Travel and Tourism company based in Warwickshire to find an experienced IT Director.

The successful candidate will lead our IT strategy, overseeing the implementation of core systems, including CRM, finance, and sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the company's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Providing leadership for IT projects, including system upgrades and integrations.

Achieving these objectives requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. The role also involves managing external suppliers, controlling IT budgets, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
