As a skilled maintenance professional at Jaguar Land Rover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, you will work collaboratively with our expert technicians and leaders to bring era-defining vehicles to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our estate management maintenance team at Gaydon, where you will be responsible for providing mechanical support to our site. You will work as part of a central facilities workshop team, carrying out maintenance, fault-finding, and installation work in various buildings with state-of-the-art vehicle design, test, and office facilities.

You will be responsible for first-line response to requests or issues with equipment via our internal system or calls from customers and site supervision and management. Your key accountabilities will include low and high-pressure hot water systems, compressed air systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics, heating and ventilation systems, general plumbing, and kitchen/toilet installations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed an appropriate trade apprenticeship with education to NVQ level 3 or equivalent. You should have experience in plumbing and pipework systems, including working on water/sewage pumping systems, workshop equipment, and machinery, as well as demonstrating a logical approach to problem-solving.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
