Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining contractual information within our organization.

The role will involve collaboration with internal teams, external suppliers, and other AAG teams globally. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Contract databases/data systems.
  • Prepare and complete contractual documents.
  • Support all aspects of the contract/compliance processes.
  • Handle supplier and internal queries on contract and compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to work.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
