Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our team at Dron & Dickson Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Lowestoft Wholesale department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Lowestoft Wholesale department, including answering enquiries and requests from customers and colleagues.
  • Process Supplier order acknowledgements and implement new systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Dron & Dickson's integrated management system.
  • Maintain good communications with internal and external clients.
  • Process Customer and Supplier returns and credits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
