Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV loans, and hybrid financing.
  • Manage and assess credit risk for a portfolio of fund finance transactions, providing recommendations on new and existing credit facilities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including risk management, relationship managers, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on credit strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients in the private equity, private debt, and alternative investments sectors to structure and execute financing solutions.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of credit facilities and provide detailed risk assessments.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive credit memos to credit committees and senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund finance, credit analysis, or a related role within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of fund finance products such as subscription lines, NAV financing, and hybrid facilities.
  • Exceptional credit analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial structures and assess risk.
  • Experience working with private equity, asset management, or alternative investment clients.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
