About the Role

The Longevity Analyst - Portfolio Manager is a key position within Munich Re Services, responsible for supporting the delivery of efficient In-Force Longevity portfolio management. This involves coordinating each deal through the onboarding phase, managing suppliers and internal stakeholders to high standards of documentation and on-time delivery, and reconciling pension benefit calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new and existing deals to our administration platform, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality documentation and on-time delivery of services.
  • Reconcile pension benefit calculations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and documented.
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard report for internal stakeholders, providing a snapshot of the current status of each deal and process.
  • Support the development of profitable new business opportunities and project work as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations.
  • High-quality written material, specifically using PowerPoint and Word.
  • Desirable: experience in the pensions industry, business and/or system change processes, and relevant pensions and/or longevity experience or knowledge.
