Job DescriptionBAM Nuttall's Community Engagement Vision

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Development Officer to join our Argyll Projects team in Scotland. This role will play a crucial part in delivering Social Mobility activity, Foundational Economy activity, and Social Inclusion activity.


The successful candidate will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, promote, deliver, monitor and report on various initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the project team to develop and implement social mobility strategies
  • Liaising with local communities to identify and address social inclusion needs
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community groups
