We are supporting a highly regarded primary school in Brent with their search for an exceptional KS2 Primary Teacher and Assistant Headteacher. The Role

This dual role will see you teaching a Key Stage 2 class with excellence while also taking on leadership responsibilities to drive the school forward. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to contribute to the strategic direction of the school, support staff development, and enhance the learning experience for all pupils.

The Candidate
  • Experience in teaching Key Stage 2 classes with a proven track record of raising attainment.
  • Confidence in taking on leadership duties, with previous middle or senior leadership experience being desirable.
  • Possession of passion for providing an inclusive education and supporting the professional development of colleagues.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards expected of an Outstanding school.

Salary Information: Up to £60,000 + TLR (Leadership scale considered for the right candidate), depending on experience.
