Commercial Programme Lead

At INEOS Automotive, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence. As a Commercial Programme Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our commercial strategy forward, ensuring seamless alignment with our overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align individual functional activities within the Commercial team with the overall commercial strategy
- Support Commercial functions in maintaining and tracking plans, employing effective control to ensure stakeholders maintain plans for project delivery
- Report critical milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to the Commercial Programmes Manager
- Monitor critical path delivery for key Commercial Programme launches within each functional department
- Comfortably challenge and assess functional timelines to identify key risks
- Assist in maintaining the business project tool across Commercial, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders
- Support process implementation across the wider Commercial team, suggesting areas for improvement
- Refresh and expand the pool of PM resources and templates
Requirements:
- Detailed understanding of PMO best practice and practical application in conjunction with established standards for large programmes
- Knowledge of MSP, SAFe/Agile methods for complex programmes
- Ability to compile, track, and control project delivery documentation, including defining and completing reports, meeting and information packs, and materials for executive-level use
- Experience in Automotive Product development, Product Engineering, Product Marketing programmes (not essential but preferred)
- Demonstrate experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects with key stakeholder management
