About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse specialist to lead our colposcopy service at the Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, developing and implementing care pathways, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent patient care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to gynaecology services
  • Collaborating with consultants and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • RN/RSCN Diploma or Degree
  • NMC Registered
  • Management Qualification (ISM) or relevant management experience
  • Extensive experience at senior level/leadership role
  • MSc in Health, Quality or leadership related or working towards within 2 academic years of appointment
  • Colposcopy Accreditation
