About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies, incorporating LEED, Ska, WELL, and BREEAM certifications.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to communicate sustainability requirements and best practices to project teams.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to review project details, develop targets, and enhance sustainable outcomes.
  • Analyze and assess material life cycle impacts, conducting embodied carbon assessments and circularity evaluations.
  • Promote the integration of sustainability principles throughout the design process, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in environmental assessments, sustainability frameworks, and certifications (LEED, Ska, WELL, BREEAM).
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in material life cycle analysis and embodied carbon assessments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and other design software.
  • A keen interest in environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and economic development.
