Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team in Witney. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for order picking, processing, and shipping products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order picking and processing using a handheld device
  • Working in an ambient temperature warehouse with a clean and friendly environment
  • Setting up and monitoring machines, including noticing any issues and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Using HMIs to monitor key parameters
  • Excellent communication with colleagues to ensure an efficient and smoothly run operation
  • Completing written and electronic reports
  • Producing a clear handover for next shift staff to ensure seamless changes
  • Transferring materials to and from the cleanroom
  • Performing other routine clerical activities according to the organization's established procedures
  • Acting as a role model and working positively and effectively with fellow team members, cross-functional groups, and managers

Requirements:

  • Eligible to live and work in the UK
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Great communication skills with clear handwriting for report writing
  • Basic level of maths and English
