Job Title: Generalist HR and Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Generalist HR and Recruitment Consultant to join our team at HRCentral Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
