Complex Care Support Worker

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Hartlepool. This exciting opportunity involves providing complex care and support for a male client with Autism, Epilepsy, Dyspraxia, and Sensory Processing. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing clinical care and personal care support, including assisting with moving and handling, engaging in outdoor activities, and supporting and maintaining all clinical needs. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.
The salary for this role is £13 per hour, which reflects the level of skill and expertise required. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect ongoing training and NVQ course access, as well as support from the Nurse Care Manager and Registered Manager. We also offer weekly pay and access to a pension scheme.
