About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and contribute to the development of the Recovery College in Leeds. We are seeking an experienced individual to take on a leadership role, supporting the ongoing growth and development of the college.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and delivering programmes of training/educational courses, with a focus on co-production and co-delivery. They will also have knowledge of mental health and recovery principles, with a commitment to promoting wellbeing and reducing stigma.

Key Requirements
  • A relevant degree/qualification in a subject area such as mental health, recovery, community development, or education
  • Effective stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in mental health and recovery principles
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 27-33 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to exclusive discounts and payment schemes.
