Nuclear Materials Examination Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Materials Examiner to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory. The successful candidate will work on a variety of customer projects, utilising expert remote handling skills to examine nuclear materials.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality metallographic samples for examination.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping practices are followed at all times.
  • Maintaining detailed records of experimental data.
