DASH Water is a leading brand in the healthy soft drinks market, and we're looking for a talented Senior Content Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our digital content strategy, creating engaging and innovative video content, and leading our new content team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our digital content strategy, aligning with our brand's voice and tone.
  • Create engaging and innovative video content for e-commerce campaigns, product launches, and organic social media.
  • Lead our new content team, providing strategic guidance and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and elevate content ideas.
  • Manage the Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce original, engaging content across key platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a copy-led strategic creative role, with a focus on digital marketing for paid and organic channels.
  • Proven copywriting and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of branded digital video content.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with aspirations to lead a content team.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders and advocating for your creative vision.

  • You're a talented copywriter and an ideas machine with a passion for creativity.
  • A strategic mind, able to disseminate briefs and experienced in creative judgment.
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to bring ideas to life through both written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
