Project Manager Opportunity

At Sopra Banking Software, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our client software implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and new implementations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team and make a significant impact.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with at least five years of experience in customer software delivery. Your expertise in managing software implementations and upgrades, as well as experience with on-premises to cloud migrations, will be invaluable in this role. You will also be responsible for managing large, complex projects and working closely with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage software implementation and upgrade projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud
  • Develop and manage project plans, including forecasting and estimating
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Manage project finances and budgeting, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and our client base


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, or other project management certifications
  • Understanding of cloud migration and AWS
  • Familiarity with supplier / 3rd party management
