About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Façade Manager to lead our façade delivery team on a large-scale industrial building project in Bridgwater, Somerset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete façade package, from early detailed design to installation completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regular design meetings and coordinate the design team and other key stakeholders
  • Check drawings and manage the submittal/approval process
  • Keep records and coordinate interfaces with other trades
  • Undertake compliance checks throughout the manufacture period
  • Witness performance testing (if needed)
  • Help plan and coordinate the logistical and installation strategy
  • Plan installation works on site, ensuring safety and quality
  • Deliver the project up to Practical Completion
Requirements
  • Experience of managing façades and façade delivery teams
  • Good understanding of design, performance testing, manufacture, and installation
  • NEC 4 forms of contract experience as a Principal Contractor
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Technical understanding of the façade business
