Aligra P&E is seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and established recipes.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or restaurant is highly desirable.
  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a positive and attentive guest service style at all times.
  • Language Skills: A good command of the English language is essential, with additional languages being advantageous.
Compensation:

£32,000 per annum + benefits package (40 hours per week)
