We are seeking a skilled Technical Drafter to join our team at Bluebolt Recruitment in Scunthorpe. As a successful agricultural machinery manufacturer, we require a talented individual with strong 2D draughting experience and AutoCAD skills.

Job Description

The primary role of the Technical Drafter will be to provide technical expertise in the Sales and Design Team. Responsibilities include producing 2D building and mechanical plant drawings, system flow diagrams, sales layout drawings, general assembly drawings, and resource schedules to support site drawings packs and manufacturing drawings.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least five years' practical 2D draughting experience (preferably in AutoCAD) within a relevant engineering or construction environment
  • Comprehensive 2D drawing capability in AutoCAD supported by a formal qualification
Benefits and Remuneration

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range for this role in Scunthorpe.
