We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Doctor to join our medical team at Naomi House & Jacksplace. As a Hospice Doctor, you will provide crucial medical input on a daily basis, managing patients with complex needs and supporting their families. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide medical input on a daily basis, managing patients with complex needs and supporting their families
* Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
## Skills and Qualifications
* Membership of either the RCGP or RCPCH
* Acute clinical and paediatric experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy and understanding of the needs of children, young people, and their families
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
