Senior/Principal Structural Engineer - Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to join our team in delivering innovative and sustainable healthcare projects. As a key member of our Structures Healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and agree structural concepts and design philosophies for healthcare projects
  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects
  • Liaise with clients and collaborators to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Take ownership of project delivery and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

  • Chartered status with the IStructE, ICE, or international equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of working on complex healthcare projects with high design and sustainability standards
  • Experience with primary construction materials (steel, concrete, timber) and building construction
  • Passion for sustainable solutions and multidisciplinary approach
  • Demonstrable experience with UK healthcare sector projects, with international experience an advantage
